All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item (even for wrong delievery / defective items). 

(Exchange is only acceptable for defective or wrongly shipped out items.) 

*When returning due to a change of mind, if the actual purchase amount is less than the free shipping standard, the initial shipping cost will be deducted.

Once confirmed, items must be returned within 7 days. We will ask for the details of the tracking number for monitoring purposes.

Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).

*Regardless of whether it is defective or not, please send the item you want to return through the courier you received at the time of receipt and let us know the tracking number.

Common Unique must be contacted via the email before making any returns or exchanges.  Product availability must be checked first for exchanges.

When posting a refund request for defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with the order number,

product codes, and a written explanation via email.If any items are missing from your package, contact our customer service the day you

receive your package.

Common Unique will only bear the shipping costs of defective or wrongly shipped items.  All other shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  

If non-defective items are sent to Common Unique along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

  • Any item where the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective before arrival.
  • Customized or handmade items.
  • Items that show traces of use, wash, or alterations.
  • Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damage, even if the item was defective upon arrival.

All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.

You may cancel an order if the “preparing products” status remains for 10 days or longer

Common Unique is not responsible for problems caused by carelessness of buyers.  

Items returned or exchanged that are identified to be damaged by buyers will result in legal action taken by Common Unique according to seller and buyer’s protection laws.  

Please wash and care items according to the tips stated on the website. 

Wrinkles or creasing from delivery or minor issues with stitches, glue marks, or chalk marks will not be considered defects. 

Items that are the wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer will not be considered defective items.

When delivery unsuccessfully : 

If the items were unsuccessfully delivered due to absence of addressee, the parcel wll shipped back to store.

Once parcel arrived to store, we will refund it after deduction of round shipping cost.

Common Unique is not responsible for problems caused by absence of addressee.

When the parcel returned to Korea and might not be shipped again.

All related costs (initial shipping, return shipping, customs tax, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

※Important Notice

When an order is shipped, an agency fee is incurred through Fastbox, so a separate domestic freight charge is incurred for returns due to reasons attributable to the buyer.


In case of return of 1~4 products

Local(Korea) shipping fee 4,000 won (shipping) + 4,000 (returning) = 8,000 won

In case of return of 5ea or more change of mind (1,000 won per quantity starting from 5ea)

Local(Korea) shipping fee KRW 4,000 (shipping) + KRW 1,000 (added by quantity) + KRW 4,000 (returned) + KRW 1,000 (added by quantity) = KRW 10,000

Local(Korea) shipping fee 4,000 KRW exchange rate will be applied and rounded up.

KRW 4,000 > $3.14 > $3

KRW 4,000 > $3.54 > $4

All products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including product, bag, box, and any gifts.  

If any gifts that were sent have been used or lost, the buyer will be responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return or exchange.
