    - Item Preparation Time (for in-stock items): Around 7-10 business days after payment

    - Delivery Time (excluding customs clearance): Around 3-8 business days after dispatch


    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.  

    All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.  

    All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.


    Purchases of $800(standard customs clearance)or more may be subject to random customs inspection, and a separate order is recommended.

    If you order without division and return without customs clearance, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost.


    - If the product you ordered is out of stock;

    If the product you ordered is out of stock, Common Unique CS team will send you sold-out notice email.

    If you don't respond to the e-mail within 3 days, sold-out item will be cancelled and refunded and the rest of products you ordered will be shipped out once items are all ready to ship out.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Requirements:

Please take into consideration that we accept qualifying returns. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
You can exchange it after receiving it, but because of the system's difficulty in exchanging the order, please return it and order it again.

1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.

2) We accept return(s) if:
-you are returning due to change of mind(on size, color, etc.)
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.

**Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our Q&A forum or via Email within 7 days of receipt. You are required to attach photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, order number, and reason for return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Please make sure to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please note request for return of wrong delivery/defective product must be made by EMS service. After you sent wrong delievery/defective item to us, please provide parcel receipt(EMS) the tracking number on it.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent unworn and in the original packaging.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return package.

*For change of mind return, all customers will be responsible for returning shipping costs and initial shipping costs and possible return tax will be deducted on the refund.

*Return shipping fees for faulty/wrong orders will be paid for or reimbursed. If the Cash-On-Delivery option is not available for your EMS shipment,
scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to customer mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made during shipment
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4) If there is a missing item from your order:
*Contact our customer service center by forum within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags, etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
